Election Day 2021 is November 2nd, but did you know that Early Voting begins in Hopkins on September 17th?!
Here are your need-to-knows for Early Voting in this ESSENTIAL City Council Election:
Early Voting begins 9/17 by mail and at Hopkins City Hall
Hopkins City Hall voting is available from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Mon - Fri 9/17- 10/29
Extended Early Voting Hours at City Hall are 10/30: 10 am - 3 pm & 11/1: 8 am - 5 pm

If you prefer to vote on Election Day, mark your calendar for TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2nd, and make sure you're prepared:
Know your polling place - Hopkins is divided into 6 precincts.
Find your precinct by entering your address HERE.
Make a PLAN to vote:
Will you go before or after work? On your lunch break?
Do you need to arrange child care?
How will you get to your polling place?
Who will you bring with you to vote?

If you plan to use same-day registration be sure to have your ID & proof of residence
The following documents qualify as proof of residence:
Residential lease or rental agreement (must be valid through Election Day)
Student Fee statement that contains your current address
Bills that contain your current address
Phone (landline, cell, VOIP, etc.)
TV (cable, satellite, etc.)
Internet services
Solid waste or sewer services
Electric, gas or water
Banking or credit card
Rent or mortgage payments
